If you’re searching for a beautifully designed dining chair that marries form and function, you’ll love the CH23 by Carl Hansen & Søn. A masterpiece of simplicity, this is one of the first chairs that Danish icon Hans J. Wegner created for the brand in 1950, setting new standards for modern furniture design. A closer look reveals superb detailing, including cruciform caps encrusted in the backrest. The seat is double woven from paper cord for long-lasting comfort while the arched rear legs ensure optimal stability. Crafted from FSC-certified wood, this elegant armless chair is as much at home in the kitchen as it is in a dining room set-up.
